This newsletter is targeted to current engineering graduate students on the Vancouver campus. The newsletter is sent out on the second and fourth Sunday between September to April, and the first Sunday between May and August.
Submission guidelines:
- Repeat submissions are not accepted unless significant changes were made
- The editor has the right to edit the information
- Submissions must be relevant to all students — not restricted to students within certain programs or clubs
- Acceptable submission examples:
- Multi-disciplinary programs/events/scholarships
- Programs/events/scholarships for students interested in a particular program
- Recruitment events open to all engineering students
