This event is intended for students who have been admitted to the Bachelor of Applied Science for 2023W.

Does the prospect of entering university in a new country sound daunting? Are you curious about what it's like to be an international student in UBC Engineering? In Navigating UBC Engineering as an International Student, international students from diverse backgrounds will share their experiences on moving away from home and how they balanced transitioning into university while adjusting to new cultures and surroundings.

We are excited to present our Welcome to Engineering 2023 Event Series!

In this event series, current students will share their experiences and insights on a variety of topics to help you prepare for UBC Engineering. These virtual, panel-style events are developed and facilitated by Senior Orientation Leaders and/or student staff. These are also spaces where you can ask questions and connect more meaningfully with your peers.
