Start Your Future at UBC Engineering

As a UBC Engineering student, you’ll learn how to design, develop and create something new. How to solve problems thought unsolvable. How to work with others and use your knowledge to improve lives and solve some of our world’s most complex challenges.

It All Starts Here

From your very first classes to your final capstone projects, UBC engineering is a place where you’ll be supported to explore and innovate. Choose one of 14 programs after your first year of studies. Pursue co-op. Add a minor or dual degree. Study abroad for a semester. Whatever you choose, you’ll find countless opportunities to gain real-world experience and the knowledge you need to succeed.

Your fellow students? Simply the best. If you’re looking for a diverse group of people who like to figure things out and make things better, this is the place to be. Your classmates are the people you can rely on, as lab partners and study buddies. They’re the people who will inspire you to rethink what’s possible, get involved in extracurricular activities, support you every step of the way and be part of your lifelong group of friends.
