While the numbers of women enrolled in postsecondary engineering programs and working as professional engineers have increased over the past few decades, women continue to be significantly underrepresented in these areas.

One way to help close this gap is to show young women who are interested in science and mathematics the incredible career opportunities that await them in the field of engineering, and how their work can have a meaningful impact on our society.

These stories aim to do precisely that!
