Bhushan Gopaluni, PhD, is a professor and associate head of Undergraduate Studies in the department of Chemical and Biological Engineering. Bhushan's primary research interests are in Process Modeling and Control, and is part of the Process Modeling and Control Lab. He is interested in developing and studying the properties of data-based models for a variety of chemical and biological systems. Bhushan is currently serving on the Executive Council for the North American Mixing Forum (NAMF), and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists and British Columbia (APEGBC), Canadian Society for Chemical Engineering (CSChE) and Pulp and Paper Technical Association of Canada (PAPTAC).
